My 14 month old daughter LOVES it so far and so do I. She has a mini iPad that we use in the car and I'd love to use it for studying, but there aren't any really age-appropriate apps for her - most of these are either non-educational games (just popping balloons) or too advanced, when the child has to choose a colour/shape etc. I believe AILA's arguments that her device shouldn't be a touchscreen, although my daughter is definitely a little confused and trying to interact with the screen. Also, I haven't had much success with educational programs that would get their attention, and none of them are actually a curriculum based on a previous lesson. I'm definitely curious to see how the program progresses with her as she gets "more advanced", but as long as the lessons are the perfect length, you keep her attention and she LOVES the singing pig. I also tried sending her a video of me and she thought it was funny so it's a nice bonus feature. I agree with the previous poster that having the button on the front is not ideal as she now wants to press it after realizing it's there. It would also be nice if there was an option to say her name when Mr. Goose greets her to make it more personal!
