I ordered these toys as a fidget for an active class of first years - something quiet to deal with in their free moments for students who finished work a bit earlier. My class loves them! They can be manipulated discreetly so as not to disturb other classmates who are still working. They're long enough to get creative with, but not too long for small hands (obviously there are similar products on the market that are much shorter and not as versatile). They can be used inadvertently when hands need to be kept busy, or they can challenge creativity. My students like to take turns creating designs for another student to copy. And three pieces in one pack are enough for several children at the same time! I wasn't sure if they would be strong enough for my group, but they've been in daily use for weeks and haven't broken! I would definitely buy them again.
