The best way to cook whole chickens
I have used vertical fryers for many years, but they are very difficult to clean properly. I gave up and bought this item in a much larger size but much easier to clean. Spray it with Pam first or use oil. Then I washed it in hot water and then in the dishwasher. Works well even though my chicken was slightly tilted (much like the Leaning Tower of Pisa!).
