Review on Chamois Buttr Original Anti Chafe Cream by Walter Martin

I read the rave reviews on this product and tried it instead of RunGoo which works very well but stains white shirts. I use descaler for medium to long distances (6 to 13 miles). Opened the tube and the first thing that struck me was how runny and runny this cream was and that should have been a warning. Both RunGoo and Glide are thick paste or wax products that protect. I ended up running 8 miles in 77F on a muggy morning and was very smooth after that. If I ran 12 miles I would surely bleed through my shirt. Basically, this stuff is only good for very light irritation and doesn't work for runners. I'm really disappointed with the positive reviews for Revain on many products.
