I like that it can be used with multiple platforms/programs, so you have one place to go for all of our data needs (customer service leads & customer care) which saves time! The system does not seem very intuitive at first glance when creating new reports or even navigating through some basic functionality such as searching by date range etc., but once we got past those initial hurdles things started working well enough - still more training needed here! Also sometimes there are times where information doesn't show up in certain areas if they haven’t been populated yet within their respective fields? But overall this has worked out great thus far!!
