Hard as a rock, doesn’t exfoliate well

I love sugar scrubs and the scent of bum bum cream so I wanted to love this bad.
It’s hard as a rock I had to dig my finger nail in it to get any out. When I did finally get some out it didn’t spread like normal scrubs and wasn’t as good as an exfoliater as some other sugar scrubs I’ve used.

Pros

Wasn’ only disappointment is it’s not filled all the way, felt jiped for my $

Cons

When the product came it was dry and I couldn’t use it so I can’t really say much.
