Yes, another update. The reverse option fixed itself. And stopped working again. SO I CAN REPEAT IT SMOOTHLY AND IT GOES COMPLETELY OFF THE DRUM WITHOUT WARNING! IT WAS NOT EVEN ON THE GAS. ONLY BACK AT 1 MPH SHOULD TAKE IT OUT AND SEE IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO FIX AT ALL! The screws are of poor quality but for some reason every grade 8 screw I tried didn't work to replace them. I believe they are 5/6 but I've tried several thread steps and none worked which is odd. The good thing is that it doesn't need to be running at full power, only with trailer loads and maybe the occasional snagging off-road. Wiring is a little confusing, but not impossible at all. I wish they would provide other cable ends etc so you can trim extra cables as it's a bit messy. My wireless remote works great when I rewind the cord, but when it's released the device clicks every second, and the cord probably only retracts an inch at a time if that's the case. The rocker switch works fine both ways, but I paid extra for WiFi. No help from Champion via phone or email. :(
