I like that you can filter by different types (like bots). It's hard to find software with so many features! Not enough support is offered from their side as well - it would be nice if they could make some improvements here too sometimes since there are quite frequent updates in this field recently which makes sense at least when considering security aspects but not necessarily regarding performance or usability issues etc., though we use them mainly because our customers need more control over what kind/type /etc..of clients should get through without getting blocked itself :) There was no other option available until now where one did have full visibility about who exactly tries accessing his site via certain protocols e-g.: IP address range; Browser type & version used including OS versions installed along those browsers ; User Agent string sent back by browser upon request made using specific protocol(s); Timestamp associated wth each client requesting website content within.
