Ordered gray meduim for my 32 inch waist. It is not "cotton" as the product name says. At best, they are described as "cotton blend" with a label that says 88% cotton and 12% polyester, which contradicts the detailed product description that says 60% cotton and 40% polyester. .The elastic waistband is tight and uncomfortable, so sleeping in it is undesirable. Why they even have a drawstring when the elastic waistband is so tight is beyond me. , not flat like the photo. Waste of money and the cost of shipping it back to Amazon is almost the same as the cost. So once again, feel like an idiot buying from Amazon considering the new return policy where you don't pay for return shipping, not even for a Prime member!
