Difficult to use, best in graters, peelers and slicers
The straw grater was so unstable to use I was afraid of cutting the skin on my fingers. It spins on the bowl every time I slide a carrot or potato through the slot. The bowls were very helpful. I had to return my set after trying it once and ended up using the knife the old fashioned way. Perhaps a glove would have been helpful to protect my skin as I held the veggies through the cutting slot.
