The first thing you need to do is make sure you check the table to make sure it works for you. It works best on people with dark hair (brown and black) and light to medium skin. If you have blonde hair this will not work for you. Please check the chart to ensure your hair and skin color is suitable for this machine. That's a lot of money to invest only to find out your hair is too blonde for it. It will take some time to get used to using this device. One leg can last about half an hour. So make sure you have enough time to do both. Once you get used to using the device, it will become faster and easier for you to use. Patience is the key here. Other areas, like your armpits or bikini line, will be faster because they're smaller. I haven't used this on my arm but I think they will be faster than your legs. Light is not painful. If you have very sensitive skin it may feel a little odd or stinging, but it doesn't hurt. You can experience this in more sensitive areas and it is normal. There is a gentle setting for beginners so you can start there. Once you get used to using it, you'll start to notice drastic changes! I have very dark coarse hair on my legs.
