In my opinion this product deserves 3.5 stars. It's better than other lightweight phones I've had, but there are some downsides. As mentioned before, the menu needs to be set up much better. Also, a corded phone can easily be knocked off the base because it doesn't sit low enough on it. And the material that the phones are made of is quite soft, so if something bumps into it, it will be easily scratched. It's not very soft, just more than I think it should be. On the plus side, I'm happy with the sound quality of the cordless phone, and the wired phone is good enough for home use. The wireless charging holds up decently in my experience and I've had it for a few months. However, I don't use it much. Another thing I like about wireless is that it's quite long. My last phone was probably two-thirds the length, and I prefer the phone to be long enough to reach my mouth when I'm speaking. I think it's a good phone for home use and I'm glad I bought it. I don't think anyone would want to buy this for a store as I've seen a few comments from people who have. A few more minuses: a wired phone should have a longer cord, and there should be a backlight under the buttons on the base of a wired phone. You have to turn on the light to dial a number or use the menu buttons. I wanted to give this phone 4 stars but couldn't because of the mentioned cons. Overall happy with it.
