Case X vs 12 max and previous experiences

The 12 max case is of similar quality to previous (formerly silk) wallets. The previous cover was excellent, worn well for 3 years, daily use. Priora was comfortable, not slippery, villi did not grow. The new case looks similar, but the flat edges might work differently. The molded buttons worked well; The "credit card stand" section appears to be the same on both. Wait until a maximum of 12 fit. Semi-flexible, holds multiple cards and folds bills into thirds. Holds up great (as long as you maintain roughly the same thickness of stored items and don't overstretch/stretch). Will be updated if there are any issues with the case. 12. Pictures: size, X (left, worn 35 months) vs. 12 max Cons -- Not compatible with MagSafe. You'll need to remove credit cards (to avoid damage) or maybe even remove the wireless charging/MagSafe case. Other website reviews note that the Apple MagSafe wallet can easily slip off, so this seems like a better/safer solution (as opposed to losing the wallet) if you don't plan on charging your MS daily, etc. Accumulated dust or Dirt etc. can work as they are supposed to. inside small scratches on the edges of the phone over time. But that is probably typical for many suitcases made of similar materials. Hopefully with the new MagSafe in 12, that's for sure, and no additional shielding needed between the phone and the case/cards.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion
