Generally a good power supply. It appears to be well built and there's no crazy coil whine or any high-pitched sounds. A major downside is the fan noise, which can make it downright unbearable to use. I hacked it with a votage buck controller to step it down from 12v to 5 or 6v which is much quieter. I have a 350w option and you can get by with 5v at half load or 6v at 300w load (try this at your own risk, you need to know what you are doing, in my case it just heats up a little, so what works great). good for me). Even at 8V the noise level is acceptable. If you have one of the larger PSUs, you can probably cut open the case and install a larger, lower RPM fan. However, even at 3.8V the fan still makes a very low noise, probably due to the cheap fan bearing. But that's enough for now. If you want absolutely silent operation, you can buy a high quality 12V fan to replace the standard fan, which can be expensive!
