Review on Earthborn Holistic Primitive Feline Grain by Weston Metzger

This food is well received by my indoor cats and works great with my feeder (Le Bistro) which has had problems with large litter. The small granule size of this feed makes it ideal for use in feeders, now it dispenses this feed with 100% reliability so when I'm out of town I don't have to worry about the feeder sticking or not! Quality ingredients and my cats are full and happy. Three Happy House Cats Agree! If you have older/obese cats this food may be too oily (as mine only gets fatter and fatter) but I highly recommend it for active or younger cats. I switched to this food from Felidae Grain-free Pure Elements when they changed their formula 3 times in a row and all my cats were vomiting and not feeling well at all. Do you taste this food the same way? no They don't like eating it that much, they seem to like the taste less. But it's a compromise I'm happy to make for them when it comes to food safety. Earthborn has never had a recall and over the months of bag to bag shopping, the pellets remain CONSISTENT with no change in size, flavor or formula, which previous feeds have simply been unbearable. Cats have adapted to "less palatable" food and are still obese, so they definitely eat it well enough to stay obese. I am still very satisfied with this product after almost a year of use. CONSISTENCY is a great attribute of quality cat food, and Earthborn has the science! Every bag is the same!
