Perfect size. I live alone and love to cook. When I make a recipe, it's way more than I can eat. In these pans, I divide the leftovers into portions. Cover with foil facing the food and write what's inside on the side of the box. It freezes well and when I put it in the oven frozen it's just as good as the first time I made it. Good find!
