I tried very hard to like this product but it's not a very good product. It's sleek and attractive compared to other groomers, but it just doesn't work. The nose trimmer failed almost immediately. The eyebrow trimmer worked a little better but the last time I used it a part popped out and it stopped working too. It just sucks and not worth the cost/frustration. It's under warranty, but until you pay for shipping it's worth nothing - not worth the cost of printing. I do not recommend this to anyone. You're just wasting your money. There are much better products out there.
