I can't hear the alarm
For some reason the alarm is very very quiet and can't get any louder I thought I had a defect and in fact a second unit was installed and the same problem with low volume sound. I believe the dog can hear it but it makes training difficult because you can't hear the sound. I don't know if the dog hears that sound. For me, this is a very serious problem that needs to be fixed.
