This arrived in perfect condition, packed well for shipping. Worked right out of the box. The remote works like it should. The only bad thing I have to say is that the lights, one power red and one green marker which shows which channel you are on, are very, very bright. They are on the front of the box so you can't turn them around to face the wall. Simple fix, I use a couple of layers of painters tape, the blue tape that doesn't mar. And it is the perfect thickness that I can still see the power on light and channel light, but they are muted and don't out shine the tv at night. This switch works very well.
