Review on Heartybay by Don Leblanc

I'm a visual artist and maker, so I couldn't wait to give the items from Heartybay a try. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing encounter. Although they offer a seemingly large variety of products on their website, the quality of those things is lacking. First of all, after only a few uses, the paintbrushes I bought started shedding bristles all over my painting. The pigments I was given were thick and sticky, making it extremely challenging to get good results. The canvases were too flimsy and lacked the structural integrity to hold the paint, so they buckled and warped. The sketchpad paper was also of low quality, tearing readily and smearing my ink. Uneven texture and poor color uniformity plagued the fabrics and yarns as well. Unfortunately, Heartybay's customer service was not helpful or responsive when I needed assistance with my purchase. In general, I would not suggest Heartybay to anyone in search of premium creative materials. You could buy much superior alternatives with the money you save.
