The tail hole is too large for a regular tail. I suppose it’s intended for something like a bulldog or a fat stubby tail. The placement is wrong and the size is wrong for a normal tail in my opinion and for my dog for sure the whole is so big that when she was in season, there was leakage out the hole and because of the the diapers she was wearing out the sides now that said they’re adorable when I buy them again know based on the detail position and hole. Unfortunately there they were the only ones that had the pattern that I wanted, so will I keep them absolutely well I buy this brand ever again know what I recommend to puppy owners, who have fat, stubby tails high on the on the hips absolutely in that sense they’re great and I also didn’t care for the Velcro the the wrap around the stomach was wide, too wide for a narrow hip hop again for a barrel, chested dog. I think it would work great, but for narrow hips I don’t think it works well in and I like a Labrador healer call a border collie that type of dog, but I can see it working on bulldogs and that shape of dog.
