This used to be my favorite conditioner, but the formula has changed significantly, and not for the better. I still had some of this conditioner from a previous order and was comparing them. The original formula was very thick, white in color and had a very subtle scent of essential oils. The new formula is thinner, yellow in color and smells like very strong chemicals. It took me FIVE TIMES to untangle the tangles. After one application the hair is very dry. I will not buy this conditioner again!
