very noisy fan but works well

I installed it and it has been running 24/7 for six months now. I use it to power a 16 foot section of LED lighting. The fan works constantly, is not temperature-dependent. This fan is very loud. I installed this in a technical room with air conditioning and other noise-cancelling elements. It's so loud that I can even hear it through the ventilation and air conditioning system in the technical room. It reliably delivers the required power.
