The design of the knives is good, they are convenient to use. However, they are not strong at all and the blade bent the first time the knife was used. Very bad product considering the price they charge. I would not give them to anyone for fear they would bend and the person receiving them would think I gave them a cheap gift. Update: The seller went out of their way to make sure I was happy and sent me another set of knives free of charge as the set I received was defective. I will update the rating again as soon as I get the new knives and can test them. Last update: The seller kept his word and exchanged the defective knives. I've tried substitutions and they're great. Another thing that is better than knives is the customer service this seller provides. Well done and deserves 5 stars.
