The best part about this software from my point-of view, it has helped me in managing all our customer data effectively for sales & marketing team as well which was not possible earlier due its lacklustre features before they came up w/this solution! I have seen some improvement but still there are many areas where we can improve further like performance issues when accessing via mobile devices etc., It's very easy tool if you're looking out at CRM system that will help manage your entire contact database alongwith other important details relatedto each one i hope u understand what am trying sayin here?
