Compare with Grition Hiking Sandals Women Close Toe Athletic Sport Sandals

Keen Women's Venice H2 10M left, GRITION Hiking Sandals Women Close Toe Athletic Sport Sandals for Women Waterproof 9.5 on Right. Yes they are not the same size but this was the largest size I could get in Grition, I usually wear a size 10. Pros: Grition covers my foot more which I like and the fabric is thinner so should be quick dry , although not as durable. GRITION HAS AN ADJUSTABLE BACK WITH LIPUNK! I have no idea why the Keene don't have this! They are easy to put on and you don't have to tug on the material to get it on the heel. This will eventually weaken the Keen and prevent it from getting close to your leg. To be honest I like the adjustable fit better than the Keens. Cons: Keen's rubber toe box is more substantial. I don't like how the inside of the sole feels on the grition, the part where your foot sits. They are rubbery with slight bulges, more like a relief mesh. The protrusions will definitely irritate my feet and I feel like the rubber is making my feet sweat. The inside of Keen is made of softer and matte rubber. Much more convenient in my opinion. I don't like Keens that much, but the upper is more like a thick canvas covered nylon base and will definitely last longer than the Gratations. It's a very difficult throw, but I can only keep one. I think both is a good option. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. I need them for hiking and kayaking in Costa Rica, so I'm forced to pick the ones that I think will hold up better, which are these Keens. Unless you're going to be using them for something gross, you might want to save a few bucks and get Gritions. They're not bad at all.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • When in doubt
