There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

I have a 2022 laptop with built-in wifi, so the reception is 10-20db stronger in it. But this has settings for a stable connection (but it is necessary that the router also supports it). The QoS setting also performed well.
For work, I would not recommend for a laptop. And for the house, you can’t distinguish the cable from wifi (5 GHz) at all. On the screen, a comparison of the speed of the internal / external network, cable / wifi.
