I like that my reports are easy to customize for different purposes (ease of use). The report layout is very similar between all tools which can be confusing at times if you're not used it before or do have limited experience using this software in general. It's also difficult sometimes when there isn't an option available from within your tool unless they make changes after release date so try out several versions until one works best! Reporting needs improvement as well - some fields may need extra customization depending upon what type of information we want displayed/exported etc.. We needed something where our team could easily create customizations without needing additional training / knowledge about how things work internally.
