Review on 💽 U32 Shadow 1TB Xbox External Gaming Hard Drive with USB 3.0 by Brian Buck

It was very easy to install this external hard drive with my Xbox One S. The storage capacity is quite large at 2 TB. I used ours to install all the games we have without using a lot of memory. I recently had to contact support about an issue with a hard drive that Xbox would not read no matter what I tried. I was helped by Steve, a customer service representative. All contacts are by email. There was a quick reply with other things to try first. After this didn't work, an RMA label was included in the email so I could return the item free of charge. As soon as they received the package Steve contacted me and said they received the hard drive and will be mailing a new one quickly. I highly recommend using this product if you need an external hard drive with great storage options and great customer service.
