Blue water and dirty bowl

I got them because the tank cleaner I normally use (120 Day Plus) was unavailable. I was hoping for something that would give me the same results - basically I didn't want to clean the toilet. I've been using them for several weeks. I started with a clean brushed toilet as per the instructions and followed all other recommendations. They had no noticeable effect on the cleanliness of my toilet - I have yet to clean them. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because who knows, maybe at least it's antibacterial as advertised. But as far as I can tell it's just blue paint and a dirty bowl.
