LOTSON's Quality and Support Are Horrible.
As a seasoned internet shopper, I couldn't wait to give LOTSON a shot. When my order finally came, however, my excitement soon turned to disappointment. The clothes, shoes, and accoutrements were all terribly made and didn't resemble the pictures at all. The customer service reps were rude and uninterested in helping me return the products. It's obvious that LOTSON values profits more than happy customers. Avoid doing business with this provider.
