There aren't a lot of clothes for bigger guys on amazon so I took a chance on this just to have something sleeveless to wear since it was one of the only 4xl options on the website. If I was still in Army shape I would absolutely love this shirt. But It's a compression tank top and fits exactly like one. I thought if I bought a size larger than I wear it would make up the difference but even the "big and tall" 4xl was way too tight. Again, it's a great tank top for anyone that isn't super self conscience about their body but it's not something I could ever feel comfortable wearing in public. Good product just not for me.
