Item arrived in good condition. Excellent quality product and packaging at a great price. The rotating rubber handle is a great idea as it folds up for storage. I decided early on that I needed a foldable pizza base and this one fits. The end of the paddle is big enough to hold the frozen pizza we usually buy and the locking knob that locks the knob in place is secure. When not in use (and folded up) we can easily store it behind the kitchen counter behind other things where it doesn't get in the way. We use it with a pizza stone in the oven and get good results with this combination. It's also the perfect size for home use. Definitely recommend to other pizza lovers!
