Excellent User-Friendly and Intuitive Web Based Tool
The support is excellent, they listen very well when you have issues or questions about your automation project. They make it easy by providing all of their documentation online at no charge! We do not utilize any AI features but I think these days even that may be possible with some effort from our team as we continue learning more advanced technology related skills. This software has been invaluable during my time here working within IT Operations/DevOps Team supporting multiple projects across several applications such as Salesforce CRM & SFDC Cloud Platforms including Microsoft SharePoint Online 365 services.
Pros
- It's built using Angular 4 framework which makes creating client side code easier than most web apps today without coding experience necessary just point an editor like VS Code towards server directory where backend files are located via HTTP REST calls into data store back end database management system
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
