After a problem with this unit, the owner of the company contacted me and offered me the best customer care and experience I have had from the manufacturer in a long time! If you are having device issues and are using streaming software (OBS, StreamElements, or StreamLabs), please note that it doesn't matter which capture card you use unless you "disable" the card before using your Turn off the console or streaming programs. run into problems just because the software has problems. I've tested this with all 3 streaming programs and it happens every time, so please don't hate the capture card manufacturer for this. Also, if you're stuck on sound settings or whatever, check out their videos on the Plugable site. I'm now running this at 720p and 60fps with no lag or drops! Thanks to Mark and the Plugable team for the outstanding customer support and service. I will be recommending this to all my Instagram and Twitch followers! I look forward to 4k models :)
