The wooden arms were warped so we had to take two people to pull the backrest forward with great force to insert the bolts. The worst is the altitude. I'm only 5ft 11" tall, but the top of the chair ends below my neck, about halfway between my shoulder blades. Don't think you can throw your head back and settle into this chair unless you're a hobbit. Big and big is a joke. You're laughing now.
