I didn't know how long it would take her to try it, especially after reading some of the reviews. But our new alley homeless liked it right away! We threw in some treats after plugging it in and she immediately jumped in. Then she curled up and fell asleep! We removed the plastic door. It's not that cold yet and she seems to like being out in the open. After winter I will unsubscribe as they survived. We live in Chicago and this will be on our porch. So we plan how to protect it from snow etc. It was a bit tricky to zip up, but patience and a gentle hand did the trick!
