0.2 tenths of a degree warmer than actual; not bad accuracy. tested at both freezing and boiling temperatures, including altitude correction! I just want it to be able to calibrate like wall shop acurit. Used for my film chemistry, main reason for buying it was because it was the only one I've seen on here with an accuracy of +/- 1 degree or less, not bad at all. Fast reading and continuous reading after reaching the desired reading. The screen seems very durable and not the cheap soft type you often see seems to be water resistant although I haven't tested this yet. Like the stainless steel body, it's real metal, not plastic, and the probe cover is a welcome addition.
