The most helpful thing about Power PetSitter is all of the alerts that are sent out to us. The alerts are very useful to be able to know when someone is in trouble. The alerts also make it easy to know when someone is missing. I also like that the app is available on both the phone and the computer. I wish that there was an option to have alerts sent via text. I also wish that there was a way to have it so that the app can be used on both the phone and the computer. Power PetSitter has made it easier for me to know when my clients are having issues. I also get alerts when my clients are having issues. It also helps to know when my clients are missing. I am able to communicate with my client remotely, monitor their pet while they are away from home using our website. We have had several issues with this software but it has always been fixed promptly by support team. They also offer an application for android phones as well which is nice because we never know when someone will be without internet access at work! It's helpful not having to travel just to see pets that need attention.
