Second-rate product, won't buy it again.

The people who own an apple are the ones for whom this planet was created. Even if Samsung's camera is quite neat, don't waste your money on it. Samsung doesn't care about you, you're on your own with your problems, and there's no way to contact customer service. The only thing that happens is that you get kicked back and forth endlessly. Believe in yourself. No, it wasn't for nothing when they gorged on apple pie. Those who are willing to pay good money to feel ashamed can consider a Samsung device. "No accountability, your product is your choice, we have nothing to do with it!" is the new tagline.

Pros

Great camera, but don't be fooled by it.

Cons

The staff is rude and unhelpful. Money invested in Samsung is safe, but other than that, the firm has no influence over you. I'm not going to get into the specifics, but I will say that I have always purchased their top-tier products (all the way up to the s21 ultra). I ignored Apple supporters and persuaded everyone that Samsung was superior. I had to shell out money three times: in June I purchased 21 ultra, in December it morphed into an expensive piece of iron, and now I have to pay for it again because it has switched to an apple. Please learn from my blunders! I have not encountered worse support than Samsung. This was the worst cash I ever wasted.
