Not worth $30. It came in the mail today and my daughter will be wearing it to church tomorrow. Thin, slightly itchy material. Relaxed fit. The belt looks very cheap. I can't believe it has so many good reviews. But I say "almost" because it's entirely possible to wear it. It's not great but my daughter thinks it's pretty and it fits decent. I wouldn't recommend the off the shoulder style because it's so itchy. My daughter tried it on once and wore it both ways. We removed the bell-shaped silver plastic things from the end of the belt. I will not buy again, disappointed.
