After ordering the Cuccio Starter Kit and using it only once, I knew this was a quality product. I am very satisfied with my first results. When I first started looking for additional colors to order, I settled on the Cuccio 8 pack based on (1) cost, (2) known quality, and (3) next day delivery. Many other brands would have shipped from China and would have taken 4-6 weeks to arrive. The colors in the Funky Neons set are bright and saturated. The lids are sealed tight (including the factory seal under the lid) and the package arrived in perfect condition.
