Review on ๐Ÿงค ProGrade Goatskin Glove by Magid, PGP55TS by Giovanni Glenn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not for very hard work, but still great for some things.

I loved these when they first came out and I think they will work for most purposes but I'm giving 3 stars because as described I'm not a very good one work glove bin. I needed them for fairly intense, hard work in the garden (removing old bushes, moving cinder blocks and slabs, uprooting unwanted seedlings and weeds from a very old and abandoned garden), as well as more precise work with power tools that required both grabbing and also skill. The gloves would probably be great for later jobs as well as general gardening with a few small but complex tasks. I have attached a photo from the second or third day of use and they already had a hole, small but still formed much faster than normal wear and tear. Goatskin or whatever material it's listed I don't remember exactly, scratches very easily and after a few weeks of use I doubt they will even last a season, although I only use them for lighter work now. (The first photo shows how worn they are by the second or third day of use.) Let's get to the good stuff. I never take my ring off so gloves can be tricky, but the material on the upper arm is flexible and breathable. They hold everything in place without putting a lot of pressure anywhere, even when I make a fist it doesn't squeeze a single spot. Hands did not heat up, tasks were easily changed. I also like the wrist strap and the grip which is comfortable and doesn't let anything through. All in all the best women's work gloves I've found in many ways but still a little disappointing in quality and utility.

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • Lots of things
