First of all let me say that I like the ease of use, changing the attachments is very easy and doesn't cause me any pain. I have scleroderma and my fingers get frizzy so using a regular flat iron on my thick hair (just over shoulder length) was painful and took far too long. I bought this so I can blow dry and straighten my hair at the same time and wow! It dries my hair quickly and makes it smoother and easier to comb than if I spent 30 minutes with a regular flat iron. The straightener has two settings, a high warm setting and a low cold setting, it comes with three nozzles, I used a brush nozzle, it works great but I prefer a blower style round nozzle so I don't have to worry about holding it of the dryer in a special way. The only thing I wish was that the cable could rotate 360 degrees or it would get in the way, but that might just be me as I don't have much dexterity in my hands and fingers.
