I loved this wallet when I received it! The size and quality seemed great. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it and I really like how I can use it as a handbag or a backpack. A few days later the front bottom zipper came loose. Then a few days later, the front top zipper came off completely and I couldn't get my stuff out. I had to rip the seam to open the bag. I sent a refund and requested a new wallet which is on its way. I hope my new one isn't defective because I really love the wallet!
