UPDATE FOR REVIEW: I have contacted customer service from this company and they don't seem to understand how much 1 serving actually costs. When the company can't even tell you how many calories etc are in 1 scoop versus 2 scoops. I don't want to know what else they mislabeled. I throw the rest away. One thing I would like to point out is that the information in the directions contradicts what is shown in the additional facts section. The supplement facts show 1 serving = 2 scoops, but the instructions say 1 serving = 1 scoop. This just seems like a typo, but it's confusing and frustrating when you're tracking calories/macros very closely. I checked the company's website and was able to confirm that 1 serving = 2 scoops. As for the protein powder itself, I would estimate that it only has 90 calories per 20g of protein as many others I've tried have more calories. The chocolate flavor was different from other chocolate flavors I've had from other brands, but I found it enjoyable. I mixed two scoops with 8 ounces of water. This protein does not thicken with water like some others and remains very fine in texture. Overall it was a good protein that I enjoyed and would consider ordering again!
