One of my two cats got really sick
One of my two cats threw up and then drooled for hours when she got in that catnip. I thought she was poisoned - that set her back a few days. No other changes in her environment and she ate catnip. I don't believe in the "organic" label and assume there was some contamination in it that made my cat sick. I still have these packages. If the manufacturer wants to check. With another cat, I just walked around like it was weak catnip - ate something, ran around and fell asleep.
