My Favorite iPad Pro Keyboard Case

I was very hesitant to purchase the Brydge Pro for my new iPad Pro because of the many negative reviews. However, I liked the look of the product and wanted to see it for myself. I originally had the Apple Smart Keyboard Folio, but it had a few downsides: 1) it didn't have backlit keys, 2) I found typing frustrating, and 3) it didn't work as well on my lap as the keyboard is very thin and a little thin. I was hoping that the Brydge Pro would accomplish those three tasks without sacrificing too much of what I love about the Apple keyboard. After comparing them, I returned the Apple keyboard and chose the Brydge Pro. I like backlit buttons for darker print settings. The construction is solid so it feels like a laptop when you can't work at your desk. And the typing feel is okay, no better or worse than an Apple keyboard for me. It reminds me of an old MacBook Air keyboard in terms of key travel and weight, which is fine. I was also hesitant to use Bluetooth via a Smart Connector, but that wasn't an issue and the battery life didn't bother me. I had to pay attention. After working with this keyboard for a while, I also answered some criticisms of it. First, some people complain that it's too heavy. It's hard, probably harder than it needs to be. But it's usually in my work bag, so the weight isn't an issue for me on the go as I rarely carry it around. Second, some people complain about the build quality. I also found it to be a slight annoyance. In the photos I've added you can see that the left side is higher than the right when closed. I haven't found a way to do it right away. In addition, it is very difficult to align it correctly on all four sides. Positioning it horizontally like I did in a picture and inserting the iPad while it's flat is the best way to get the iPad to sit in the lid as evenly as possible, but as shown in the side image, albeit it's near perfect. , it's still not fully aligned. If you're obsessive-compulsive about things like this, this keyboard will only drive you insane. I can live with that since, as I've noted, I rarely wear it in a way that makes a difference. I also noticed that the magnet is weak and the iPad and keyboard separate easily when carrying. I wish it was better closed. Despite these two shortcomings, I recommend this keyboard. This way I can have a laptop experience with my iPad and then use my iPad as an iPad whenever I want. Most of the time I don't even take my MacBook Air with me because it can do 99% of the work twice. I would probably rate it a 9/10 but since this is a 5 star rating system I will give it 5 stars. If you are looking for a beautiful keyboard for your iPad Pro, give it a try. Revain's return policy is great. So if you don't like something, you can always send it back. But I think, like me, you will save it in the end.
