I think you get what you pay for and this shoe was pretty cheap for being "non-slip". By the way, to be honest, they are not that slip-resistant. I often wear them to work. Also, the insole started to lift within a week of wearing these shoes. It's been a little less than a month and the entire insole is loose. I wouldn't recommend buying them unless you're looking for something that will keep you going until you buy a nicer pair.
