Bought for a small TV under my spotlight for our patio to protect it from dew/humidity. 2-3 years on a regular $100 TV is a cheap replacement compared to a true outdoor TV. I don't understand how it's waterproof or even repellent. Sew the missing holes around the perimeter. I was expecting a material like a grill lid but it's not. If you think it's easy to roll it up, you can just take it off, once you start rolling it will come off anyway, it's less of a hassle just unfold the bottom and pull it up. It looks like a decent dust cover at best. Velcro is very cheap and loose. I see it could last the summer if you're lucky. I must have a used one because it looks like someone cut the gap with a knife or something for a TV mount that fits my TV mount. It's good. This is probably best for 10-year-old TVs that are 2-3 inches thick. If your TV is only 1" thick, you'll have a lot of luggage in the back, otherwise you'll get a realistic view.
